ANGEL POLICY USE & S4O/S4H LICENSE
*Credit IS required for my doodles, clip arts, stamps, digitally or hand drawn/painted graphics, templates, papers and craft projects (except when I say on description or on preview that it's not required). Credit does not have to be on your newly created designs themselves… I mean you don't have to put credit on/inside a tag, a card or other product that you created, but put the credit at the sheet where you inserted your creation if it’s flattened (not-transparent) or if it’s transparent (png) put a txt file or other document with the credit inside the zipfile where your creation is zipped… And if you display your creation on a website, give also credit on the page where it is displayed.

- YOU MAY make copy of this set for backup purposes only, but not with intent to redistribute.
YOU MAY NOT:
-YOU MAY NOT alter my graphics and claim them as your own. You may not take any part of my graphics and add them to your own graphic and claim the resulting graphic as your own. It also implicates that you may NOT use my graphics to create product to sell as Commercial Use. (Please read below what YOU MAY do with my graphics with the license you intend to use them: Angel Policy Use or S4H/S4O).
- YOU MAY NOT redistribute graphics as kits or incorporate them into a project for distribution either for free or profit. (Please read below what YOU MAY do with my graphics with the license you intend to use them: Angel Policy Use or S4H/S4O).
- YOU MAY NOT offer these graphics on any web site as downloads or send them through a news list as Yahoo Groups, Google, MSN or any other file sharing groups. They are NOT for your free distribution. This is considered pirating and is illegal!
- YOU MAY NOT remove any notice of copyright included in the graphics/content.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Elka Romero shall not be responsible under any circumstances for any loss or damages resulting from the use or inability to use products provided. Please be sure to read the entirety of the description in the store. It will state if an item is geared toward a specific program, size, etc.
ANGEL POLICY USE:
Angel Policy Use is allowed only for my doodles, clip arts, stamps, digitally or hand drawn/painted graphics, templates and papers ("digitally or hand drawn by me" clearly exposed on products' descriptions), for my commercial use products, when the product is at the "Angel Policy Use" category on the store and when I say on the product's description that Angel Policy Use is allowed.
• This license does not extend to commercial organizations, publishers or for mass reproduction by a manufacturing company.
• This license does not extend to products that you create for third-party commercial organizations, publishers or for mass reproduction by a manufacturing company.
• This license is NOT transferable.
YOU MAY use my doodles, clip arts, stamps, digitally or hand drawn/painted graphics, templates and papers for your individual or small craft business, for example, to create printable such as cards, candy wrappers, cupcake wrappers, bags, boxes, baskets, purses, stationery sets, tea packets, labels, mouse pads, book covers, bookmarks, etc. These crafts (derivative products) can be sold digitally or on a tangible format (hybrids). (Exception: these derivative products can not be used for the creation of digital scrapbook kits for sale. Only my commercial use products which show "CU" on preview are allowed for digital scrapbook kits.)
YOU MAY use my digital craft projects (made with my own original artwork) for your individual or small home business, but they must be sold in a tangible, non-digital format.
If you intend to create digital derivative products of my doodles, clip arts, stamps, digitally or hand drawn/painted graphics, templates and papers, please don't forget the proper credits (Elka Romero - http://erartstudio.com/).
YOU MAY NOT create products with JUST my designs. This means, for example, that you may not put a sticker border, or re-color, or put texture, or do other insignificant modification on my cliparts and stamps and sell them in a pack. I don't allow this! You must create something completly new, as cards, stationaries, bags, etc...
There is no additional fee for Angel Policy Use in case of individual business owners and small home business.
They may not be mass-produced. If you are a corporation or/and are planning to produce for wholesale or/and large retail, please contact me (elka.romero[@]yahoo.com.br) with any question regarding Mass Production (MP).
SCRAP FOR OTHERS / SCRAP FOR HIRE LICENSE:
• This license does not extend to commercial organizations, publishers or for mass reproduction by a manufacturing company.
• This license does not extend to products that you create for third-party commercial organizations, publishers or for mass reproduction by a manufacturing company.
• This license is NOT transferable.
You may use my graphics to create custom scrapbook layouts or albums (with photos, not quick pages) for clients, as long as they are not mass-produced – meaning individual layouts or albums for individual clients.
You may also use my quick page albums and templates (for example 12x12 pages or brag book pages) to create pages for your clients. But it's not allowed to create quick pages with my products for sale or to use my quick pages for resale.
One condition of any digital layout done for a commission is that your client may only be provided with a flattened version of your creation. In other words, either a printed image or a flattened file in JPG-format (in the case where you are distributing it electronically via email or DVD, for example). Please do not give away layered images where my graphics can be easily extracted and re-used (that is the same as redistribution of my graphics).
Each layout or album created for a client must be original and specific to that client, i.e. you may not create one set of pages and use it multiple times for various clients.
